Our Social Justice Haiti group is in frequent contact with Fr. Joseph Herol, Pastor of St . Therese Parish, Marbial Haiti. We have recently learned of an urgent need. In Fr Herol’s words: “The reality is that ever since I arrived in the Marbial parish community, the parish vehicle has been serving as the ambulance to transport most patients who need to go to Jacmel. It is the Saint Thérèse of Marbial parish vehicle that acts as the community's ambulance...The vehicle is in need of repairs including transmission, electrical and body work for which Fr. Herol has sent detailed estimates.
