FR. PETER BLESSING THE ANIMALS:  Please join us with your pets for a blessing! This tradition is in remembrance of St. Francis of Assisi, who loved all creatures. In this blessing, we ask God to grant that the animals may serve our needs and, by His grace, we may be sustained and protected. Join us on October 4, St. Francis of Assisi's feast day, at 9:30 am at St. Gregory the Great or 10:30 am at Sacred Heart for this wonderful blessing.
